1. Place of applicable Law
1.1 Union Oriental Foods is registered in England. Materials on this site are directed solely at those who access it within the UK mainland. Those accessing this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if applicable. You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void pr for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. English Law shall govern this Agreement.
